Ingredients
- 1-2 teaspoons of Taylor Pass M ānuka Honey
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1/2 lemon juice squeezed
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 12 ounces hot water
Instructions
- Mix together turmeric, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and Taylor Pass Manuka Honey, stirring to make a paste.
- Add coconut oil, fresh grated ginger, and lemon juice.
- Add in hot water over the mixture and stir. Or use a frother. Let cool slightly then enjoy.
