Blackcurrant and Mānuka Honey Smoothie

Prep Time , Serves 1.


  • 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • ½ cup thick yogurt (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 2 teaspoons (or more) Taylor Pass UMF5+ Mānuka honey
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 10g Blackcurrant powder
  • Handful ice (optional)
  • To garnish: edible flowers, pumpkin seeds


  1. Place all the ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth and thick.
  2. Spoon into a bowl and decorate as desired.
