Blackcurrant and Mānuka Honey Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- ½ cup thick yogurt (dairy or non-dairy)
- 2 teaspoons (or more) Taylor Pass UMF5+ Mānuka honey
- 1 frozen banana
- 10g Blackcurrant powder
- Handful ice (optional)
- To garnish: edible flowers, pumpkin seeds
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth and thick.
- Spoon into a bowl and decorate as desired.
