Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Bars

- 1 can chickpeas, rinsed & drained
- 1 scoop choc peanut butter protein powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 3 tbsp Taylor Pass Honey
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- Crushed peanuts
- Chocolate chips
- Combine all ingredients (except peanuts & choc chips) in a food processor and blend until well combined.
- Fold in peanuts & chocolate chips.
- Press down into a baking dish and freeze until firm. Cut into slices and enjoy!
- Store in the freezer for the best texture/lasting time.
