Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas, rinsed & drained
  • 1 scoop choc peanut butter protein powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 3 tbsp Taylor Pass Honey
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • Crushed peanuts
  • Chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients (except peanuts & choc chips) in a food processor and blend until well combined.

  2. Fold in peanuts & chocolate chips.

  3. Press down into a baking dish and freeze until firm. Cut into slices and enjoy!

  4. Store in the freezer for the best texture/lasting time.
