Homemade Manuka Honey and Lemon Syrup, a perfect wellness support for busy lives and busy mums. Syrup can be made in bulk and frozen for later use, or refrigerate and use within one week.
- Large lemons
- Taylor Pass Manuka Blend Honey
- Juice the lemons, and put in pot on the stove over medium heat.
- Add as much honey as desired in and slowly simmer away until slightly thicker.
- Sieve into bottles. This makes a concentrated syrup, ready to add to your hot or cold drink for an 'on the go' immunity booster.
