Honey Roasted Brussels Sprouts
- 2 pounds Brussels Sprouts (trimmed and halved
- 3 tablespoons Taylor Pass Manuka UMF5+ honey
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Mix Brussels Sprouts in a bowl with the melted butter and honey.
- Pour them on a sheet pan and roast for 35 to 40 minutes, until crisp on the outside and tender on the inside. Shake the pan from time to time to brown the sprouts evenly. Sprinkle with kosher salt and pepper.
