Honey Roasted Radishes
- 1 bunch radishes
- 2 tablespoons Taylor Pass honey
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1/2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- Preheated oven to 230°C. with a cast iron pan in it.
- Mix the melted oil, honey and vinegar together.
- Add the radishes and stir.
- Put into hot cast iron pan and return to oven.
- Stir occasionally and cook for about 20 minutes.
- Serve as a side dish and enjoy.
