Lamb Honey and Mint Croissants

Ingredients
Lamb:- Lamb
- Fresh Croissants
- Desired fillings (we used lettuce and tomato!)
- 2-3 mint leaves finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 200mls water
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp Taylor Pass Manuka Blend honey
Instructions

Mix together all ingredients for the lamb glaze.

Coat the lamb with your glaze and cook.

Once cooked, assemble your croissants with your desired fillings.
- Serve and enjoy!
