Lamb Honey and Mint Croissants

Ingredients

Lamb:
  • Lamb
  • Fresh Croissants
  • Desired fillings (we used lettuce and tomato!)
Lamb Glaze:


Instructions

  1. Mix together all ingredients for the lamb glaze.

  2. Coat the lamb with your glaze and cook.

  3. Once cooked, assemble your croissants with your desired fillings.

  4. Serve and enjoy!
