Lavender Honey Latte with Whipped Coffee Topping

  1. Prepare the whipping coffee topping: In a small bowl, combine instant coffee, sugar, and hot water. Using a handheld mixer, milk frother, or stand mixer, whisk on high speed for 2-4 minutes until stiff peaks form. Set aside.

  2. Make the latte base: In a frother or saucepan, combine the honey, lavender syrup, and milk. Froth or steam until foamy and well combined.

  3. Assemble the drink: Drizzle a glass with additional lavender syrup and honey. Fill with ice, then pour in the steamed honey-lavender milk mixture.

  4. Finish with the whipped coffee topping: Spoon the whipped coffee generously on top and drizzle with a final touch of honey if desired. Serve immediately for enjoy this floral, sweet twist on a classic iced latte.
