Mānuka Honey and Berry Antioxidant Smoothie
- ½ frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen berries
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- ½ cup milk
- 1 teaspoon of Taylor Pass Manuka UMF5+ Honey
- Place all the ingredients into a blender and run until smooth.
- Add additional milk as needed if a thinner consistency is preferred.
- Serve immediately.
