Manuka Honey Turmeric Tonic

Serves 1.


  • 1-2 teaspoons of Taylor Pass Manuka Honey
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1/2 lemon juice squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 12 ounces hot water


  1. Mix together turmeric, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and Taylor Pass Manuka Honey, stirring to make a paste.

  2. Add coconut oil, fresh grated ginger, and lemon juice.

  3. Add in hot water over the mixture and stir. Or use a frother. Let cool slightly then enjoy.
