Taylor Pass Honey Chocolate Chip Protein Cookies

Ingredients
- ½ cup Vanilla Protein Powder
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ½ cup peanut butter (crunchy or smooth)
- Pinch sea salt
- 2 tablespoons Taylor Pass Creamed Clover Honey (or other favourite honey)
- 2 free range eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¾ cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 170 degrees.
- Place all the ingredients in a food processor. Run until well blended. You may need to scrape the sides with a spatula once or twice.
- Place the cookie dough into a bowl, add the chocolate chips and use a fork to combine.
- Using damp hands (the mixture is sticky), roll tablespoons of dough into balls and place on a lined oven-proof tray. Use a fork or fingers to slightly flatten each cookie.
- Bake for 10 minutes until lightly golden.
