Taylor Pass Honey Chocolate Chip Protein Cookies

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Vanilla Protein Powder
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup peanut butter (crunchy or smooth)
  • Pinch sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons Taylor Pass Creamed Clover Honey (or other favourite honey)
  • 2 free range eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 170 degrees.
  2. Place all the ingredients in a food processor. Run until well blended. You may need to scrape the sides with a spatula once or twice.
  3. Place the cookie dough into a bowl, add the chocolate chips and use a fork to combine.
  4. Using damp hands (the mixture is sticky), roll tablespoons of dough into balls and place on a lined oven-proof tray. Use a fork or fingers to slightly flatten each cookie.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes until lightly golden.
