Taylor Pass Honey, Mozzarella, Cherry Tomato and Thyme High-Protein Pizza

Ingredients
- 1 High Protein Pizza Base
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 ½ cup grated mozzarella
- 12 cherry tomatoes, halved
- Handful fresh thyme stems
- Flaky salt to season
- Cracked black pepper
- 1 125g ball fresh mozzarella
- Taylor Pass Manuka Blend Honey to drizzle
- Chilli flakes to garnish
- Fresh rocket leaves to top
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
- Spread the crushed garlic and olive oil over the pizza base. Season with salt and cracked pepper.
- Sprinkle the grated mozzarella on top, followed by the cherry tomatoes – cut side up.
- Place in the oven to bake for 9-12 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden.
- While the pizza is still hot, break the mozzarella into chunks and place on top. Sprinkle a little chilli flakes over the pizza and then drizzle generously with the Manuka Blend honey. Add additional fresh thyme and a scattering of fresh rocket leaves. Enjoy.
