Manuka Blend and Whisky Cocktail
Prep Time , Serves 1 glass.
For the honey syrup:
- 1 cup Taylor Pass Manuka Blend Honey
- 1/3 cup warm water
For the cocktail:
- 1 1/2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tbsp honey syrup
- 60ml whiskey
- First make the honey syrup: in a small container, combine honey and warm water and stir until completely mixed. Use immediately or store and refrigerate for up to 5 days.
- In a shaker, combine lemon juice, honey syrup, and whiskey.
- Shake vigorously and strain into a glass on its own or over ice.
