Manuka Blend and Whisky Cocktail

Prep Time , Serves 1 glass.


For the honey syrup:

For the cocktail:

  • 1 1/2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tbsp honey syrup
  • 60ml whiskey


  1. First make the honey syrup: in a small container, combine honey and warm water and stir until completely mixed. Use immediately or store and refrigerate for up to 5 days.
  2. In a shaker, combine lemon juice, honey syrup, and whiskey.
  3. Shake vigorously and strain into a glass on its own or over ice.
