Taylor Pass Mānuka Honey Pickle Gut Health Dip.
A gut-loving and protein-rich dip boosted with the golden goodness of Mānuka honey. Serve with your favourite fresh vegetables as a snack, add to sandwiches or dollop on top of your salads.
Serves 6 as a snack.
Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- ¾ cup Greek yoghurt
- ½ cup chopped naturally fermented pickles
- 1-2 tablespoons pickle juice
- 1 generous tablespoon Taylor Pass Mānuka Honey
- ½ teaspoon dried red chilli flakes
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons chopped chives
- Handful fresh dill, finely chopped
- Additional honey for drizzling
- Additional fresh herbs for garnish
Instructions
- Uses a mini food processor or stick blender to blitz cottage cheese until silky smooth.
- Add to a bowl along with all the other ingredients. Mix well.
- Place in the fridge for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to develop.
- Garnish with a drizzle of Taylor Pass Mānuka Honey and additional fresh herbs.
