Taylor Pass Mānuka Honey Pickle Gut Health Dip.

A gut-loving and protein-rich dip boosted with the golden goodness of Mānuka honey. Serve with your favourite fresh vegetables as a snack, add to sandwiches or dollop on top of your salads.

Serves 6 as a snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • ¾ cup Greek yoghurt
  • ½ cup chopped naturally fermented pickles
  • 1-2 tablespoons pickle juice
  • 1 generous tablespoon Taylor Pass Mānuka Honey
  • ½ teaspoon dried red chilli flakes
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons chopped chives
  • Handful fresh dill, finely chopped
  • Additional honey for drizzling
  • Additional fresh herbs for garnish

Instructions

  1. Uses a mini food processor or stick blender to blitz cottage cheese until silky smooth.
  2. Add to a bowl along with all the other ingredients. Mix well.
  3. Place in the fridge for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to develop.
  4. Garnish with a drizzle of Taylor Pass Mānuka Honey and additional fresh herbs.
