Taylor Pass Matcha and Coconut Bircher
Prep Time , Serves 2-3.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups Rolled Oats
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- ½ cup shredded coconut
- 1 tablespoon matcha powder
- ¼ cup Taylor Pass UMF5+ honey
- 2 ½ cups coconut milk
- To serve: Berries, shredded coconut
Instructions
- Mix together all of the ingredients really well.
- Place in the fridge for at least 1 hour and ideally overnight.
- Spoon into small bowls and top with berries and coconut.
