Taylor Pass Honey, Turmeric & Cinnamon Latte

Serves 1


  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon finely grated, fresh ginger root
  • Generous pinch ground cinnamon
  • Grind of cracked black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons good quality coconut oil
  • 1-2 teaspoon of Taylor Pass Mānuka Honey UMF5+


  1. Heat the almond milk until very hot but not boiling.
  2. Once hot, place in a blender along with the other ingredients.
  3. Blitz until frothy and the ginger and spices are thoroughly blended.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
