The flavors of this honey vary from season to season and hive to hive, and range from intense fruity notes of muscatel raisins to sweet pudding, wine and honeycomb toffee. Although sweet at first, this lovely honey finishes slightly drier than other styles.

This multifloral honey is ideal to serve with feta cheese and coriander, used as a glaze for roasted parsnips or as an ingredient for bliss balls or in a vodka cocktail.
